| 摘 要： | 在关于规则对竞赛行为进行评价的观察中,我们的确感知到了在这些并不被人为拟制的特定的时空交织点上有着正义的存在。虽然,这种所谓的规则最终并不一定以法律命名的形式显示于现实之中,然而,恰恰是体育竞赛规则对法之一般价值的非自觉演绎,促成了我们对这种演绎状况开始进行"自觉"化的推演和改造。
