| 摘 要： | 在国家大力发展职业教育的形势下，针对旅游专业高职教育与旅游业发展不相适应的问题。提出了以就业为导向，提高高职旅游专业教育质量的主张，努力优化课程设置，建设“双师型”教师队伍。搞好教材建设，改革教学方法，面向企业，培养适应企业需要的人才。

| Abstract: | In view of the tourist specialty's unfitness in with the needs of the development of tourist trade,this paper points out that the tourist specialty of higher vocational colleges should optimize the curriculum and teaching material,improve teaching staff,and reform teaching modes to cultivate talents that meet the demand of enterprises under the direction of employment. |
