教育体制改革研究

20世纪80年代中期以来,教育体制相继进行了多元筹资体制改革、下放权利与责任给地方政府负责发展基础教育、适应形势需要提高基础教育管理层级实行“以县为主”的管理体制等项改革。而今,适应市场经济社会发展,需要进一步深化教育体制改革,必须从改革的意义、改革的现状、改革的建议等三方面对改革的必要性、改革的主要方面及改革的对策措施等进行了分析研讨,以加快教育的发展。

Research on the Reform of Educational System

Since the 80s of the 20th century, educational system has been reformed in the respects of plural raising funds, delegating power and right to local governments to develop elementary education, raising the administrative level of elementary education to meet the need of situation and carrying out the administrative system of "taking a county as a main unit". At present, the further reform of educational system should be made from the necessity, measures and concrete methods of the reform so as to promote the develpment of education.
