| Abstract: | Abstract : It is true that there involve political, economic and regional factors because Chinese science and technology is backward and China has no chance of winning the Nobel Prize in modern times but the important noticeable factors should be the negative influence of traditional culture on education, blind obedience of academic studies to authorities and shortage of funds for scientific research. |
