| 摘 要： | 教师职业生涯的自由发展,对高校教师的专业成长具有重要意义。当前,我国高校教师的闲暇生活存在时间缺乏、质量缺欠、意识偏见和行为偏差等问题,这些问题给教师的专业成长造成了损害。高校应采取积极措施纠正高校教师闲暇生活的偏差,促进高校教师的专业成长。

| Abstract: | The free development of teachers' career life has significance for the professional growth of university teachers.At present,in the leisure life of university teachers in China there exist such problems as the lack of time,the quality shortcomings,the awareness of prejudice and acts of bias,which has caused damage to the professional growth of teachers.Therefore,universities should take active measures to correct the deviation of leisure life of university teachers and promote their professional growth. |
