| 摘 要： | 在高校辅导员工作中借鉴心理辅导的方法与技术,既可以增强高校思想政治教育的科学性与实效性,也有利于高校学生心理辅导工作的健康发展。高校辅导员可以借用团体心理辅导活动,帮助新生快速相识、减少孤独感,初步形成班级凝聚力;采用班级心理辅导的方式,解决学生普遍困惑的问题;融入个别咨询的技术,与学生单独谈心,深入把握学生的思想状况,促进学生的成长和成才;在日常管理中渗透心理健康教育的理念,优化学生的心理素质,塑造其健全人格,培养其积极进取的人生态度。
