| 摘 要： | 工学结合教育模式在多年的发展历程中,形成了其特有的形态。在工学结合教育模式中,学校应制定必修和选修相结合、梯度式的工学结合计划,建立校企共同参与的工学结合质量监控体系;企业应建立校企合作管理机构,并将工学结合与职业培训相结合;学生应变被动学习为主动学习,养成良好的学习习惯,关注自身职业素质的提升。在校企生三主体维度下融入工学结合教学模式,可以提升学校、企业、学生的团体荣誉感和市场竞争力。
