地方院校大学生就业面临的问题及其对策

当前地方院校大学生就业面临着毕业生数目急剧增加但岗位缓慢增长，高等教育与地方经济建设和社会发展不相适应，用人单位的用人观念与毕业生就业观念的冲突，就业工作的社会化、市场化、信息化与现行工作模式相矛盾等问题。在地方政府的重视与支持下，地方院校办学突出特色、大学生做好求职准备是解决大学生就业问题的根本出路。

There are four major conflicts graduates of local universities facing in their employment seeking caused by firstly,the rapid growth in graduate number and the slow increase of posts;secondly,the development of higher education being unable to adapt to the local economic construction and social development;thirdly,the differences in the understanding of employment between the employers and graduate employees;finally,the mismatch between the current work mode and the socialized,market-based and information-based employment.It is believed that the solutions to these problems lie in enough support and attention from the government,the characteristics of school management in the local university and the preparation of the graduates in employment seeking.
