| 摘 要： | 近年来，微博逐渐成为高校、学生交流工作信息，开展线上活动、提供成长服务的新平台。微博的出现和发展，较大影响了高校思政工作的方式。本文对高校微博的发展现状进行研究，提出在微博环境下高校应采取的工作策略，从而达到提升思想政治教育工作效果的目的。
