| 摘 要： | 《共产党宣言》是科学共产主义的第一个纲领性献，同时也是马克思主义哲学的系统的纳领性献。本主要论述了《共产党宣言》中四个方面的马克思主义法哲学观：法制统一观、法本质观、法价值观、法运动观。目前，我国正在进行社会主义法治建设，因此，探讨《共产党宣言》中的马克思主义法哲学观具有十分重要的意义。

| Abstract: | Manifesto of the Communist Party is the first programmatic document to the scientific communist and moreover it is the systematic programmatic document of Marxist legal philosophy. The author mainly discussed the four viewpoints of Marxist legal philosophy: Legal Unity Viewpoint,Legal Essence Viewpoint, Legal Value Viewpoint and Legal Movement Viewpoint. At present,Constructions are in progress about the rule of law of Socialist in our Country. Therefore, it is a very important significance to probe into the Viewpoint of Marxist legal philosophy in Manifesto of the Communist Party. |
