关于高校培养自主创新人才的思考

高等教育仅仅向学生灌输知识是不够的,培养具有自主创新、解决实际问题能力的人才更为重要,而培养自主创新能力就要特别强调原始创新能力的发展。培养创新精神和创新能力必须营造一种文化氛围,树立一种正确的价值观。既要创造高层次人才培养的合理机制,又要提倡强烈的责任感、使命感和奉献的精神,使高校成为培养自主创新人才的主要平台。

Meditation on How to Train the Talents with Independent Innovation in Colleges and Universities

It is insufficient that higher education only instills knowledge into the students. The even more important thing is to train the talents who have the ability of independent innovation,and of resolving practical problems. However,the independent innovation focuses on original independent innovation,while the cultivation of innovation needs a kind of culture and a sense of worth. We should establish a rational mechanism to cultivate high-level talents,and call for the sense of responsibility,mission,and commitment,making the colleges and universities a main platform for independent innovation and development.
