摘    要:企业核心员工培训是优化企业人力资源的重要工作内容,建立核心员工培训课程体系要按照企业核心员工的培训要求设置培训课程,提供精神文化支持,满足他们可持续发展的需求,要关注培训时机的选择,采取更加科学的对策,实现人才强企的目标。
