| 摘 要： | 当前，我国高校教学改革应将考试制度改革放在关键和先手地位。因为考试具有评价功能，因而对人才培养目标有代言作用，对教学工作体系产生指挥棒功用。考试制度的改革必然带来整个教学工作体系，包括教学管理体制和模式的根本变革而大力提高人才的培养效益。
