Abstract:Based on reflection of the problems come out from the process of continuous education during Ninth-five-year plan. This paper analyzes the factors that lead to the contradictory between teaching and learning, which include teaching and learning objectives, teaching content, teaching form, teaching and learning evaluation and its feedback. It also gives advice on the continuous education during the Ninth-five-year plan.
