| 摘 要： | 一流大学社会功能的延伸，必须建设大学科技园；建立包括以一流大学为依托的科技园才能形成一流科技园区；一流科技园区经济促成一流经济，一流的经济要由一流大学来支撑。因此，建设一流科技园区与建设一流大学必须同步进行。

Deploy Advantages of
First-class Universities,to Establish First-class S&T Park |

| Abstract: | Extension of the social function of first-class universities mustbe to establish university S&T park,including S&T parks on the support of first-class universities. First-class S&T park can stimulate the formulation of first-class economy. And the first-class economy must be supported by first-class universities. As the result,first-class S&T Park must be established in the combination of the establishment of first-class universities. |
