| Abstract: | Teachers ,family, school and society should strive to create an environment atmosphere to be beneficial to students＇ learning and growth,so that teachers and students to adapt to each other. Teachers should actively adapt to the students,and to help guide the students to actively adapt to the school,and the society. This paper is the analysis of combining personal teaching practice of teachers and students to adapt to each other. |
