| Abstract: | This paper puts forward the general principles of the service policy of cultural sharing engineering ,gives a brief account of preferential policy of the current project,sums up the implement of the preferential policy in construction,transport and services of resources ,and expounds the relation between cultural common sharing engineering and digital library and discusses the service policy of digital library on this basis. |
