| 摘 要： | 近年来,美国战后科学技术与政治契约关系框架面临极大的压力。在冷战初期形成的科学界与政府间的联系开始瓦解。司托克斯对布什的观点进行了挑战。论文认为,我们需要认真分析司托克斯新契约关系提出的巴斯德象限、研究的科学前景和社会前景统一等新问题,才能重新建立政府与科学共同体之间的契约关系。

| Abstract: | In recent years this postwar framework has come under intense pressure.The contract between science and the government reached in the early years of the cold war has become unstuck.Donald E.Stokes makes a challenge to Bush＇s view.He maintains that we can rebuild the relationship between government and the scientific community only when we understand what is wrong with Bush＇s view.The author discusses that we can frame a new compact between science and government. |
