摘    要:文章对2011-2012学年南京航空航天大学图书馆读者留言进行了整理和分析,针对读者对资源需求、检索技术和图书馆管理制度等方面提出的各种意见,提出图书馆可采取的各项改进策略和措施,促进图书馆服务工作的创新和可持续性发展。

Abstract:This authors of this paper have collected and analyzed the online messages by readers in the library of Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics in the academic year of 2011-2012.Aiming at the requirements for information resources,retrieval techniques and the management systems of the library,so on and so forth,the authors propose some adoptable measures and tactics to promote the innovative services and sustainable development of university library.
