胶印机墙板安装同轴度误差分析及UG装配研究

摘    要:通过对单张纸胶印机墙板安装同轴度误差分析,利用计算机辅助设计与制造技术(CAD/CAM/CAE)对印刷机墙板进行了结构分析,确定了三维设计方案。用UG软件建立了印刷机墙板的三维模型,从而缩短新产品的研制周期,并为印刷机的动态性能研究奠定了基础。

Abstract:In This paper analysis the structure of the press wall by using computer-aided design and manufacturing technology(CAD/CAM/CAE),choose the three-dimensional design,based on concentricity error analysis of wall installation of single sheet feeding lithographic press.And this paper established the three-dimensional model of the printing press wall with UG software,to shorten the development cycle of new products,and laid the foundation for the research of the dynamic performance of the presses.
