摘    要:应用遥测肌电仪的肌电信号和录像采集系统研究400m短跑中的下肢肌电活动规律.结果发现短跑下肢前摆下压、趴地时程的肌电时域指标大于后蹬、折叠后摆时程;在本实验条件下,股二头肌、腓肠肌是伸膝关节的主动肌;股二头肌与胫骨前肌在人体向前运动时的总力量中发挥较大的作用;极点时速度明显下降与股二头肌在前摆下压、趴地时程的肌电振幅下降有关.

Abstract:The aim of this paper was to find out the laws of lower limb muscle elect ricity during 400 metres
and the functions of biceps ,bicep femoris ,recus femoris and gast rocnemics with adoption of muscle elect rici-
ty telemet ry devices and computer automatic analysis. It was revealed that the indexes of the lower limbs in
pressing down and lying prone were greater than those of squatting backward and folding the body. Bicep
femoris and tibialis anterior played a better role in the moving forward of the body. The decreasing of the
speed was related to the muscle elect ricity decreasing during the pressing down and lying prone. Therefore ,
the st rength of bicep femoris and tibialis anterio should be further developed.
