| 摘 要： | 随着科技的进步和勘探技术的发展，深海底资源极高的商业价值和研究价值引起了世界各国的广泛关注：但是在勘探开发的同时会对深海的生物多样性产生不利影响，基于这种影响国际社会采取了相应防范措施，并且制定了相关法律。对此做了系统的梳理分析，通过分析发现存在的法律漏洞，并提出完善建议。

| Abstract: | With the development of scientific technology and exploration technology,the high commercial value and research value of deep seabed have drawn great attiontion all over the world.However,the exploration of the deep seabed will have bad influence on the diversity of sea creatures.In respond to this influence,international society has adopted relevant measures and enforced relevant laws.Based on systemic analysis,this thesis points out some legal cracks and puts forward some suggestions ot better them. |
