| 摘 要： | 唐山公益性岗位开发至今,极大地发挥了促就业、保稳定的作用,但也存在管理机制不健全、工资待遇不规范、岗位补贴标准偏低、从业队伍不够优化等问题。通过深入各单位了解情况,提出明确定义,规范待遇;健全公益岗位管理机制;加强对公益岗位的检查管理;强化对公益岗位宣传引导,完善开发管理的建议。

| Abstract: | The development of Tangshan public welfare positions has greatly exerted the functions of promoting employment and maintaining stability,but there are also some problems such as the unsound management mechanism; the nonstandard wages and benefits,lower post subsidy standard,the insufficient optimization professional team. Through in- depth investigation,the author put forward some advice on the clearly definition, the standard benefits, improving the regulatory mechanism of public welfare position,strengthening the inspection,propaganda guidance,perfect development of public welfare positions. |
