训练节奏控制器在赛艇专项训练中的运用研究

通过实验法、数理统计法、观察法和访谈法,对训练节奏控制器在赛艇专项训练中的使用情况、使用效果和存在的问题进行研究.研究表明:使用训练节奏控制器能够培养运动员的节奏感,对于不具备高水平的运动员整体上效果显著,在使用频率上,水上多人艇和陆上耐力训练中使用较多.对改进训练节奏控制器提出了一点建议.

Research on Training Rhythm Controller Used in Rowing Training

By the methods of experimenting,statistics,observation and interviewing The research on the application situation,using effect and existent problem of training rhythm controller in rowing-training showed that training rhythm controller can do good to cultivate athlete's rhythm,especially for the most of athletes who don't possessed high lever,which is used by aquatic multi-people rowing and resistance training in a higher frequency.It proposes some suggestions to improve the rhythm controller
