| 摘 要： | 上海财经大学积极探索深化财经人才培养模式改革.学校以分类培养为理念,以个性体验为依托,实施拔尖计划、卓越计划、创业计划三类人才培养路径,搭建通识教育、科研创新和社会实践及国际交流三大平台,初步构建了“3+3”立体财经人才培养模式,着力培养适应国家发展战略需要和全球化竞争的卓越财经人才.
