河南省农村小学数学青年教师教育科研现状调查分析

摘    要:小学数学教师是小学数学教育工作中的主体力量,他们的教育科研水平直接关系到小学数学教育专业化的进程.农村小学数学青年教师的科研现状的特点有:有教育科研意愿,想得到教育科研和写作培训;科研缺乏主动意识,科研成果少;没有科研带头人,缺乏科研氛围;学校和上级主管单位支持教育科研的力度不够.应加强农村小学数学青年教师教育科研的培训和指导,注重农村小学数学科研带头人的培养,学校和上级主管单位应加大对教师教育科研的支持力度等.
