| 摘 要： | 成人教育专业协会在长期的发展中形成了群众性、自愿性、专业性和非营利性等特征，积累了一些成功的经验。成人教育专业协会在促进成人教育改革方面发挥着宣传、研究、交流、咨询和培训的重要作用，其未来发展要与成人教育的改革与创新相适应，因此需要对其加以引导、规范和监督。

| Abstract: | Professional associations for adult education have formed mass, voluntary, professional and non- profit characteristics in the longterm development, and accumulated some successful experiences. Professional associations for adult education have important role of propaganda, research, communication, consultation and training in promoting adult education reform. Its future development need adapt to the reformation and innovation of adult education. So it must be guided, regulated and su- pervised. |
