安徽省体育舞蹈裁判员现状的调查与分析

对安徽省体育舞蹈裁判员的人数、等级、年龄结构、学历层次、职业类型等现状进行了调查分析,结果发现:安徽省体育舞蹈裁判员整体数量偏少,高水平裁判员有限;裁判员队伍的年龄结构不合理;整体学历层次偏低;裁判员职业类型以协会从业人员、业余培训班教练居多,常年从事教学一线的高校专任教师人数少.并在此基础上,提出了合理的建议,以期为提高安徽省裁判员队伍的整体实力、促进体育舞蹈运动在省内进一步的发展提供理论参考.

Investigation and Analysis of the Status of Sports Dance Referee in Anhui Province

This study investigates and analyzes the number,level,age structure,education level,occupation type,current status of sports dance referee of Anhui province.The results indicate： the number of sports dance referee of Anhui province is relatively inadequate,the number of high-grade referees is limited;the age structure is not appropriate;the overall educational level is low;the most type of occupation are the association of practitioners amateur training and coaches,but the number of college teachers engaged in teaching are less.And on this basis,this paper puts forward suggestions accordingly,with a view to improve the overall strength of referee troop in Anhui province.
