| 摘 要： | 借鉴生物学、医学、复杂系统领域的研究成果,提出一个新的视角,研究企业组织的免疫力.组织免疫功能的发挥实现了企业组织适应性和稳定性的统一,从而维持企业的健康发展.在对现有理论的分析比较基础上,界定了组织免疫的概念,阐述了组织免疫的功能、机制和影响因素.

| Abstract: | Organizational immunity is a new perspective to study organization, which is borrowed from the knowledge of biology, medicine and complexity theories. Organizational immunity is an important function to keep organization healthy, which maintains organization adaptability and stability simultaneously. We define the concept of organizational immunity, and describe the functions, mechanisms and influencing factors of organizational immunity on the basis of comparison among the existing theories. |
