摘    要:目前由于多方面的原因,农村教师流失的情况越来越严重,严重影响了农村教育的正常发展和质量的提高,导致了农村基础教育的严重滑坡。借重马斯洛的需要层次理论,着重分析了农村贫困地区中小学教师流失的状况,同时提出了相应的解决策略。

Abstract:Currently,due to various reasons,the loss of rural teachers becomes more and more serious,which seriously affects the normal development of rural education and the improvement of the quality and leads to a serious decline in rural fundamental education.Based on Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory,the paper mainly analyzes the situation of the loss of teachers in the primary and secondary schools in poverty-stricken rural areas and proposes the corresponding strategies.
