| 摘 要： | 国家综合档案馆开展数字档案资源建设已经具备了职能拓展、环境变化与理论发展三个方面的有利条件,但也存在档案开放存在阻力、相关经费投入偏少与资源建设动力不足等障碍,可以通过争取支持、需求拉动与循序渐进的方式进一步推进数字档案资源建设。

| Abstract: | Although the functional expansion,environmental change and theoretical development have become the advantages for the National Comprehensive Archives in the process of their digital archives resources construction,however,there are also disadvantages in this process,such as the obstruction of archives openness,the insufficient of relevant funds and the lack of motivation for resource construction.Ways such as striving for social support,stimulating users'demands and so on,should be put into effect step-by-step to promote the construction of digital archives resources further. |
