| 摘 要： | 高校教师作为高等教育改革的主力军,肩负着重大的历史使命。加入WTO后,高校师德建设要以思想观念深刻变革为先导,树立与时俱进的新的师德建设观念,体现师德建设应具有的时代先进性。这是高校在国际竞争中立于不败之地的强大思想动力。
