摘    要:介绍一种利用红外线温度传感器,间接检测开关触点及导体连接点接触电阻变化的技术。采用PC104工控机作为上位机,进行数据处理、逻辑分析,采用P89C58单片机作为下位机,进行温度信号处理、A/D转换。通过RS485总线组成分布采集和集中处理系统,可对开关触点或导体连接点接触电阻预测,及早发现隐患,提前采取措施,避免停电事故。

Abstract:A method was described for detecting the resistance variety of switch touch-point and conductor contact point with an infrared temperature sensor indirectly.In this system,PC104 is used as host computer for data processing and logic analyzing.P89C58 SCM is used as slave computer for temperature signal processing and A/D conversion.RS485 bus is used to form a distribution collecting and central processing system.It can detect the resistance of switch touch-point or conductor contact point,and can predict hidden trouble,and take action to avoid power failure.
