旅行社国内游客满意度评价研究

摘    要:随着中国国内旅游业的迅速发展,旅行社在这一市场上的竞争也日趋激烈,提高游客满意度,巩固和扩大客源已迫在眉睫.在实证研究的基础上,运用因子分析法对旅行社国内游游客满意度的影响因素进行了量化分析,并提出了相应的改进对策.研究结果可以有效地指导旅行社改进国内游服务质量,提高游客满意度和旅行社的综合竞争力.
