经济增长、劳动就业与人力资本理论的再研究——科学增长模型中的劳动力与经济增长关系

劳动力与经济增长的关系问题在经济学中至今无休止的被争论,并依据不同理解建立起众多研究模型,而这些模型基本没有把握问题的实质。马克思学派经济增长模型克服了表面化和片面性,深刻揭示出劳动力作为核心要素对于经济增长的作用,并以此为基础揭示出人力资本投资的实质、作用和方式,证明了人类社会进步的根本是对人力资本的积累投资,而人力资本的积累投资无非是科学技术即劳动经验的积累,且明确指出人力资本投资引起社会生产率以及个人收入水平的提高,进而促进经济的增长。

The Research about Economical Growth,Employment and Manpower Capital Theory

The relation between work force and economical growth has caused endless discussion in the field of economy.Many research models based on different theories have been set up but none has grasped the crux of the matter.Marx's economical growth model deeply shows that work force,as the core element,has great effect on economical growth.And based on this,the substance,usage and manner of manpower capital investment has been revealed.It tells us that the progress of human society lies in the accumulative investment in manpower capital.And the accumulative investment in manpower capital means the accumulation of science and technology,i.e.work experience.It clearly points out that manpower capital investment will bring about the increase in social production rate and personal income so as to promote the growth in economy.
