| 摘 要： | 如何把思想政治工作渗透到企业改革与发展的全过程,为企业在市场竞争中提供思想保证,是新形势下企业面临的一个重要课题。特别是随着产权制度改革,企业不仅要实现从传统的企业制度向现代新型企业制度的转变,而且还要求员工的思想观念有根本性的转变。在这个转变过程中,如何创新思想政治工作,显得尤为重要。
