摘    要:医院绩效管理与激励体系是医院管理工作的一个重要内容,有效的绩效管理和激励体系能够引导医院各部门及员工不断地改进自己的行为,发挥主观能动性,提高工作绩效,全面提高医院的运行效率和服务水平。新绩效工资方案的出台对强化医院的公益性起到了巨大的导向作用。
