对培育社会主义政治文明的思想文化根基的思考

社会主义政治文明在着重进行制度建设的同时,必须高度重视思想文化根基的培育。中外民主法治发展历史表明缺乏思想文化根基的制度规则会形同虚设或被变通遵循,适应社会发展要求的思想文化根基则推动文明成长的进程。当前我国社会主义政治文明赖以存在和发展的先进思想文化根基仍较脆弱,应抓住重点进行培育。

Thinking on Cultivating the Basis of Ideological Culture in Socialism Political Civilization

Socialist political civilization should emphasize construction of regulations.It should also pay attention to cultivation of the basis of ideological culture highly at the same time.A history of development of democracy and the rule of law in China and foreign countries shows that shortage of the basis of ideological culture in rules and regulations exists in name only or is abided through transforming,on the contrary,the basis of ideological culture adapting the requirement of social development can promote process of civilizational develpoment.The basis of ideological culture is poor yet in political civilization of our socialism which is based on,and should be cultivated in important aspects.
