论政府在高职顶岗实习中的主导作用

顶岗实习是我国高职教育的新兴事物，在其发生发展的过程中存在诸如“校热企冷”、“行业漠视”、“专业不对口”、“被社会妖魔化”等问题，甚至出现“学生沦为企业廉价劳动力”、“学校及中介从中牟利”等乱象，这些都迫切需要政府充分发挥主导作用，加强政策引导、舆论宣传、税收调控、经费投入、责任保险、立法规范、组织保障，为高职顶岗实习保驾护航。

Internship is a new thing in China＇s higher vocational education, which has some problems in the development process such as ＂school-enterprise enthusiasm difference＂, ＂industry disregard＂, ＂non-professional counterparts＂, ＂social de- monized＂, and even the emergence of ＂students become cheap labor of enterprises＂, ＂school and intermediary profit from intern- ship＂, which urgently need the government to play a leading; role, strengthen policy guidance, propaganda, tax regulation, funding, liability insurance, legislation, organizational security in order to escort for the higher vocational post internship.
