| 摘 要： | 目前小微企业已成为我国经济转型升级的重要组成部分。本课题组通过对安徽省小微企业转型升级现状的调研，收集和分析了小微企业在技术创新、转型提升中遇到的新情况、新问题，并针对小微企业当前面临的研发力量、资金、商业模式选择和人才等发展制约因素，从企业自身和政府层面给出了几点建议。

| Abstract: | Currently, small and micro enterprises have become the important part of China＇s economic transformation and upgrading. Through the investigation on the actuality of Anhui province upgrading of small and micro businesses in transition, the research group made the collection and analysis of small and medium--sized enterprises in technological innovation, transformation and upgrading in the face of new situation, new problems, and aimed at the small and micro businesses facing R ＆ D efforts, capital, business model selection and talent development constraints. Several suggestions are given from the enterprise itself and the government. |
