摘 要: | 以丙烯酰胺、丙烯酸和甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵为主原料,用反相微乳液聚合技术合成两性聚丙烯酰胺。研究了合成高分子量产物的工艺条件,结果表明,当引发剂用量为0.28%,单体浓度为48%,乳化剂用量为16.8%,油水质量比为1:1.2,反应温度为20℃时,所得的产物分子量最高。

Abstract: | Tith acrylamide ,acrylic acidfor and methacrylatoethyle trimethyl ammonium chloride as the main raw material ,amphoteric polyacryl -amide is synthesized by inverse microemulsion poly -meriza-tion .The conditions of highe molecular weigh product were studied ,the results show that :when initia-tor dosage is 0 .28% ,monomer dosage is 48% ,emulsifier dosage is 16 .8% ,oil-water mass ratio is 1 :1 .2 ,reaction temperature is 20℃ ,we got the highe molecular weight of the product . |
