| 摘 要： | 后大众化作为高等教育大众化向普及化转化的一个过渡阶段,高等职业教育出现了与大众化教育所不同的新特征,比如高职规模发展稳定,多层次化发展,高质量内涵核心凸显,服务地方经济意识凸显,人文精神诉求迫切,等等。面对这些新特征,高职教育必须明确其发展定位,加强高职内涵建设,规范高职教育投入,保证高职教育资源的稳定投入。

| Abstract: | In the period of post-massification as a transitional stage in higher education from massifica- tion to popularization, there appear some new characteristics, such as stabilized development scale, multi- level development, highlighted high-quality core connotation, highlighted sense to serve the local economy and urgent humanities demands. Facing these new features, higher vocational education must establish its developing orientation, strengthen the connotation construction, specify its investment system and ensure its input resources. |
