| 摘 要： | 从我国智慧城市申报情况和申报国家智慧城市主体和应具备的条件入手，分析了国家智慧城市（区、镇）试点指标体系要求和要完成这些指标体系所涉及到的部门，借鉴专家看法和兄弟省市的经验。指出了建设智慧城市应注意的一些事项，对申报国家智慧城市提出了一些建议，坚信智慧城市的建设，必将会让新老城镇居民生活得更加美好。

| Abstract: | Declaration of wisdom city and national wisdom City Declaration subject and should have the condition in China, analyses the national wisdom city （District, town） pilot index system requirements and to finish the index system that relates to the Department, from the expert views and brother provinces experience, points out some matters needing attention in the construction of wisdom City, and proposes some suggestions for the declaration of national wisdom City, firmly believe that building wisdom City, will let the residents of old and new urban life better. |
