工作连通行为对辅导员工作家庭冲突的影响

摘    要:为了揭示当前高校辅导员工作家庭边界问题,验证非工作时间的工作连通行为对工作家庭冲突的预测作用,本研究对高校辅导员在非工作时间的工作连通行为特征进行探索.通过文本研究、问卷调查和统计分析法编制了非工作时间的工作连通行为和高校辅导员工作家庭冲突两个测量工具,探索性因素和验证性因素分析结果表明,其测量工具有良好的信度和效度.回归分析发现非工作时间的工作连通行为对工作家庭冲突有显著正向预测作用.

Abstract:In order to reveal the work and family boundaries for college counselors, and prove the effects of WCBA in predicting the work family conflict. In the study, we explored the present situation of work connectivity behavior during non-work time for college counselors. We developed two measurement tools about WCBA and the work family conflict by using text data mining technique, questionnaire and method of statistical analysis. The results of exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis showed that the tool has good reliability and validity. By using regression analysis, it showed that WCBA had positive effects on work family conflict.
