| 摘 要： | 2012年11月,全国共有200多所高等职业学院、20个省（直辖市、自治区）和新疆生产建设兵团参与公开发布《人才培养工作质量年度报告》,它是落实《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要（2010-2020年）》的要求。但此报告存在报告形式趋同,报告内容报喜多报忧少,忽视受众需求等问题。需要进一步规范与完善,才能充分发挥它的功能与价值。

| Abstract: | In November 2012, more than 200 higher vocational schools, 20 provinces （municipalities di- rectly under the central government, autonomous regions） and Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps published The Annual Report on Talent Training Quality. It is the implementation of The National Me- dium and Long-term Education Reform and Development Plan Outline （2010 -- 2020）. But there are some defects about the report： similar forms; more good news than bad news; ignoring the audience de- mands. It requires further standardization and perfection to give full play to its function and value. |
