偏心扶正器防斜打快技术初探

摘    要:随着油田勘探开发工作的不断深入,所钻遇的地层构造越来越复杂,由于井斜问题,造成钻井施工速度缓慢,特别是高陡构造的防斜打快问题更是钻井技术中的难点和热点。钻井急需研究出一种解放钻压、加快钻井速度的防斜打快技术,来解决现场生产实际中的困难。偏心扶正器防斜打快技术就是其中之一。该技术在滨86—6井中的应用效果表明,机械钻速与临井对比有明显提高,井斜控制也优于临井。

Abstract:With the further exploration and development of the oil field, stratigraphic structure of the encountered formations becomes more and more complex. Well deviation causes slow penetration rate and the deviation control and ROP acceleration of highly steep stratigraphic structure is considered as the key technical problem. Drilling industry requires deviation control and ROP acceleration technologies urgently to release the WOB, increase the penetration rate and solve the actual problems occuring on the field and deviation control and ROP acceleration technology of eccentric centralizer is one of them. The technology application results at Bin86-6 well showed that ROP is obviously improved and deviation control is better than the adjacent wells.
