| 摘 要： | 近几年，随着高校毕业生人数的持续增加和社会竞争的日益加剧，大学生就业难问题已经成为全社会普遍关注的热点问题。就业指导对促进大学生就业具有重大的理论和现实意义，当前高校就业指导还存在诸多问题，已不能满足学生和社会的需要。在新的就业形势下，要充分发挥就业指导课的功能，必须在思想教育、成才教育、心理教育、技巧教育等多方面对就业指导的各个环节进行理性设计和科学构建。

An Analysis on the Employment Guidance for University Students in the New Situation |

| Abstract: | In recent years, with the increase of graduates and intense competition of the community, the employment of graduates has become a focus of the community. Employment guidance is very important to the graduates, but it can not meet the needs of students and the community because of many problems. In the new employment situation, in order to display the function of the Employment Guidance, we should pay more attention to the Employment Education of knowledge, thought, psychology and skill. |
