建立思想政治理论课集体备课制度初探

开展集体备课活动是提高思想政治理论课教师课堂教学水平的一个重要途径。而科学合理的集体备课制度对规范集体备课活动,提高集体备课的质量有着重要的意义。制定集体备课制度必须坚持目的性、普遍性、确定性、可操作性和完整性的原则,必须涵盖总则、职责、基本内容与方式、保障与监督等方面涉及集体备课活动的内容。要制定科学合理的集体备课制度,必须提高思想认识,划分集体备课制度与其他教学管理制度的关系,抓好集体备课制度的落实问题。
