| 摘 要： | 本文探讨了电气自动化技术专业人才＂企业-学校-企业＂三轴联动的培养模式。提出通过企业的订单培养使学生能最大程度地符合企业的岗位要求。创新工学结合人才培养模式,由企业订单、项目递进、三证结合组成,培养技术应用型高职学生。

| Abstract: | This article discusses the ＂enterprise-school-enterprise＂ three axle linkage training pattern of talents of the electrical automation technology major.It also raises through enterprise＇s order form to make students close to enterprise＇s post requests.The innovation technology unifies the personnel training pattern,by the enterprise order form,the project progressive,and three united cards composed will train technique application quality student. |
