| Abstract: | Because of the influence from outside colleges and in the colleges, the political outburst events unexpectedly happen in universities and colleges, which seriously influence the stability and development of universities and colleges. The research into this kind of events can successfully deal with this kind of outburst events and reduce the loss to minimum. |
